How I became a Monster

I was, of course, a fan of Lady Gaga when my friends and I made the trip to Pittsburgh. But it was this moment that made me a Monster for life.  She is the nicest, sweetest human being I have ever met.  I still can't believe this picture happened, or that she gave us tickets to the show.  You can't see in the picture, but she is actually holding my hand.  All I remember thinking is 'holy shit, Lady Gaga is holding my hand'. 
I couldn't have imagined that Saturday morning when we walked from the Renaissance Hotel to the Consol Energy Center, that this would be the result.  That we would head back to the hotel that afternoon and have to get ready to go the fucking Monster Ball.  I definitely couldn't have guessed what would happen after. 
I am so thankful for this moment.  I am so thankful that I got to meet all the amazing Monster friends that I have, especially those with whom I share this blog.  I am so thankful to you, Mother Monster, you changed my life...
